Dr. Jeffrey Garrett graduated with honors in Biological Sciences from Chapman University in southern California. He received his Doctorate of Optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California in 1999 and completed a residency in Hospital based Optometry at the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Portland, Oregon in 2000. He has practiced Optometry with Oregon Eye Specialists since 2000.

Dr. Garrett is a member of the American Optometric Association. He practices primary eye care including contact lenses and co-management of cataract and refractive surgery patients. Dr. Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife Rachael and their twin daughters. He enjoys riding his bike, reading, water skiing and boating.
