Dr. Hugh Brumley completed undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University, and graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry with degrees in Doctor of Optometry and B.S. in Health Sciences in 1977.

Dr. Brumley specializes in contact lens fitting, and practices general optometry plus co-management of cataract surgery and laser vision correction. He joined OES in 1999 after 16 years in private practice.

Dr. Brumley is an avid golfer and sports fan. As such, he can empathize with specialty vision needs for athletes. He enjoys spending time on his small farm in the Portland West Hills with his wife and their dog, cats, chickens, and horses.
