The Oregon Eye Specialists physicians are providers on most of the major insurance plans and will be happy to bill your insurance company for you. However, you are responsible for any deductible, co-pay, co-insurance or uncovered amount on your bill. Individuals without insurance coverage will be asked to pay amount due at time of service. If you have a special financial situation, our billing department would be glad to help you make arrangements for payment.
